I live in Waimauku with my husband and three sons. I have been working in Early Childhood for over 20 years and am still very passionate about what I do.
At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a passion for knowing and understanding children in order to enhance my teaching practice, and in turn a child’s learning. I seek to establish strong, positive relationships with not only the children, but also staff, parents and family. With these relationships, I believe that I can work collaboratively with all those involved in a child’s learning journey to provide effective and positive learning experiences. I value relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
